Guestroom energy management / Telkonet
Smart guestroom controls, occupancy-based HVAC operation, and connected system visibility—with HEC helping you select, install, commission, and support the right solution for your property.
A connected approach to room comfort
Telkonet’s EcoSmart platform combines smart thermostats, occupancy detection, compatible controllers, and network tools for guestroom energy management. EcoCentral provides connected monitoring and reporting from a desktop, tablet, or smartphone. System capabilities depend on the selected equipment, connectivity, and configuration.
Configure guestroom HVAC operation around occupancy and property-approved comfort settings to help reduce unnecessary heating and cooling.
Connected EcoCentral deployments provide monitoring and reporting to help property teams understand room conditions and manage their systems.
Review available integrations and control options around the hotel’s equipment and operating requirements before selecting a system.
Equipment selection through ongoing service
HEC helps hotels evaluate Telkonet for new installations, renovations, and existing-system upgrades. We begin with the make and model of your HVAC equipment, thermostat requirements, room layout, occupancy inputs, and network readiness.
Whether you need equipment pricing or help developing a complete project scope, we coordinate the system around how your property operates.
Already have Telkonet?
HEC can evaluate an existing Telkonet system, identify service or upgrade needs, and develop an ongoing support scope—even if HEC did not perform the original installation. An initial assessment or onsite visit may be needed to establish the system’s condition and access requirements.
Our Essential, Care, and Optimize annual support plans offer options for routine remote assistance, scheduled reviews, and onsite service. Coverage is based on covered thermostats and the selected plan.
Share your property name, covered thermostat count, thermostat model, HVAC make and model, Site Network ID if available, and the issue or project you would like to address.
Manufacturer cloud subscriptions, third-party fees, replacement equipment, and additional onsite work are identified separately in the proposal or service agreement.
